- Providing appropriate legal advice to their clients

- Maintaining attorney-client relationships and professional responsibility standards

EVisaPlatform.com does NOT verify, review, or validate the accuracy of any data, documents, or information uploaded by Customers or Users. All information stored on the Platform is provided as-is by the Customer without independent verification by EVisaPlatform.com.
3.2 User Responsibility
Customers and Users are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information uploaded to the Platform
- Verifying that documents are authentic and properly signed
- Confirming that beneficiary information is correct and current
- Reviewing all forms and supporting documentation for accuracy before submission
- Ensuring compliance with all immigration law requirements
3.3 Platform as Repository Only
The Platform functions as a secure repository for case documents and information. It does NOT independently:
- Generate or prepare immigration forms
- Validate immigration eligibility or qualifications
- Review documents for legal sufficiency
- Ensure compliance with immigration regulations
- Assess case strategy or likelihood of success
4. No Professional Relationship
Use of the EVisaPlatform.com does NOT create:
- An attorney-client relationship with Paragon Management or EVisaPlatform.com
- A professional legal relationship with any representative of the Company
- An expectation of legal advice or legal services
- Liability for professional malpractice or negligence in providing legal counsel
The professional relationship exists solely between the Customer (law firm) and the beneficiary/client. EVisaPlatform.com is a third-party service provider, not a party to that relationship.
5. Attorney-Client Privilege and Confidentiality
5.1 No Privilege Assurance
IMPORTANT: Data stored on the EVisaPlatform.com may NOT be protected by attorney-client privilege, work product doctrine, or other legal privileges. While we implement security measures to protect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that data stored on our servers will maintain privilege protection in all circumstances.
5.2 Privilege Consultation Required
Customers should consult with their own legal counsel regarding:
- Whether storage on a third-party cloud platform affects privilege protection
- Appropriate security measures and access controls to maintain privilege
- Compliance with rules of professional conduct and privilege waiver rules
- Confidentiality obligations to beneficiaries and third parties
- Litigation hold and document retention obligations
- Regulatory compliance requirements in their jurisdiction
5.3 Disclosure to Third Parties
Customers acknowledge that data stored on the Platform may be disclosed:
- To cloud infrastructure providers and service providers (see Privacy Policy)
- Pursuant to legal process, subpoena, or court order
- To government or regulatory authorities as required by law
- In case of data breach or security incident (as required by law)
- In response to law enforcement requests
6. Immigration Law Expertise and Compliance
6.1 EVisaPlatform.com Has No Immigration Expertise
Paragon Management and EVisaPlatform.com do NOT have immigration law expertise and do NOT:
- Provide immigration law analysis or opinions
- Advise on visa category eligibility
- Recommend case strategy or approach
- Review forms for legal sufficiency
- Monitor regulatory changes or policy updates
- Train Users on immigration law or procedures
6.2 Regulatory Compliance Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Staying current with immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes
- Ensuring compliance with USCIS, State Department, and consular requirements
- Complying with all applicable rules of professional conduct
- Obtaining continuing legal education on immigration law topics
- Maintaining professional liability insurance appropriate for their practice
- Monitoring and implementing the most current forms and procedures
7. Service Availability and Performance
7.1 "As-Is" Service
The Platform is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. EVisaPlatform.com does NOT guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
- Error-free operation or bug-free software
- Timely resolution of technical issues
- Compatibility with all devices, browsers, or operating systems
- Data integrity or absence of data loss
- Secure transmission of data (despite best efforts)
7.2 System Downtime
The Platform may experience:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates (with notice when possible)
- Unexpected outages or service interruptions
- Data access delays or temporary unavailability
- Performance degradation during peak usage periods
- Browser compatibility issues or technical problems
Users are responsible for managing their own workflow to accommodate potential service interruptions and should maintain local backup copies of critical documents and case information.
7.3 SLA Limitations
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Enterprise plans is limited to monetary credits and does not provide alternative remedies or prevent case delays. SLA credits are NOT compensation for lost work, missed deadlines, or adverse immigration outcomes resulting from service interruptions.
8. Data Loss and Backup Limitations
8.1 Data Loss Risk
Despite our backup procedures, there is inherent risk of data loss, corruption, or unavailability due to:
- Security breaches or cyberattacks
- Server failures or infrastructure issues
- Natural disasters or force majeure events
- Software bugs or system errors
- Intentional or accidental data deletion
- Third-party service provider failures
8.2 Backup Not Guaranteed
While we maintain backup copies of data, EVisaPlatform.com does NOT guarantee:
- Complete recovery of all data in case of loss
- Recovery of deleted or corrupted data
- Recovery timeframes or specific recovery procedures
- Integrity or usability of recovered data
8.3 Customer Responsibility for Backup

EVisaPlatform.com implements industry-standard security measures, but no system is completely secure. Potential security risks include:

- A data breach could result in exposure of sensitive beneficiary information

- Customers are responsible for notifying affected beneficiaries if required by law
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Platform depends on third-party services and may integrate with third-party tools:
- Cloud infrastructure providers (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Payment processing (Stripe)

EVisaPlatform.com is NOT a HIPAA-covered entity and does NOT provide HIPAA-compliant services. Customers who upload medical or health information (often required for certain visa categories like E-2) do so at their own risk.
11.2 Sensitive Information Storage
While the Platform is designed to store and protect sensitive immigration-related information, Customers should be aware that:
- Medical information stored on the Platform may not receive HIPAA protection
- Background check results and sensitive biographical information may be exposed in a data breach
- Financial information and tax identification numbers create identity theft risks
- Visa categories requiring medical clearance (I-693 forms, police certificates, etc.) contain sensitive health data
11.3 Customer Due Diligence Required
Before uploading medical, financial, or background information, Customers should consider:
- Legal obligations to beneficiaries regarding data protection
- Whether beneficiary consent has been obtained
- Compliance with applicable privacy laws (HIPAA, state privacy laws, GDPR, etc.)
- Whether alternative secure storage methods would be more appropriate
12. Visa Category Information and Updates
12.1 No Guarantee of Current Information
Immigration law and visa category requirements change frequently. While we strive to provide accurate information, EVisaPlatform.com does NOT guarantee that all visa category information and guidance on the Platform is current, accurate, or complete.
12.2 Regulatory Changes
Immigration regulations, policy interpretations, and fee structures change periodically. The Platform may not reflect the most recent:

- Lost visa approvals or denied petitions
- Missed filing deadlines or delays
- Inaccurate data or information provided through the Platform
- Data loss, theft, or exposure
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Professional negligence or malpractice claims
- Regulatory fines or penalties
- Business loss or reputational damage
15. Waiver of Certain Claims
By using the Platform, Customers and Users acknowledge and agree that they assume all risks associated with immigration case management and that EVisaPlatform.com is not responsible for:
- Visa approval or denial decisions made by government authorities
- Administrative delays or extended processing times
- Adverse immigration outcomes for any reason
- Misunderstanding of visa category requirements or eligibility
- Loss or mishandling of documents by government agencies

This Disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement regarding disclaimers and exclusions related to the Platform. This Disclaimer is in addition to, and not in lieu of, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the most protective interpretation for beneficiaries and data subjects shall apply.
