EVisaPlatform.com is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided by Paragon Management ("We," "Us," "Our," "Provider," or "Company"). The Platform is designed to assist immigration law firms in managing visa cases and related documentation.
The Platform provides web-based case management tools and documentation services specifically designed for immigration law practices. Services are offered in three subscription tiers: Starter ($199/month), Professional ($499/month), and Enterprise ($999/month).
These Terms of Service apply to law firms and immigration practices ("Customers") that enter into a subscription agreement with Paragon Management. Individual attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and other personnel of a Customer who access the Platform are "Users."
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or agreements we provide. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

Customers and Users assume full responsibility for all activities conducted through their accounts. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from User negligence or failure to maintain password security.
EVisaPlatform.com offers three subscription plans with the following features and pricing:

We reserve the right to modify pricing for new subscriptions with 30 days' written notice. Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price increase, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 3.4.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Customers are automatically billed on the anniversary of their subscription start date using the payment method provided. Invoices are sent via email. Customers are responsible for providing valid and current billing information.

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) certified payment processor. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
If a payment fails:
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. However, Customers may request a credit if they identify a billing error within 30 days of the invoice date. Refund requests must be submitted to sshah@paragon-mgt.com with supporting documentation. We will review requests and respond within 14 days.
Plans with User limits may incur overage fees if the number of active Users exceeds the plan limit. Customers will be notified of overage charges and may upgrade their plan at any time to avoid additional fees.
Subscriptions commence upon payment of the initial subscription fee and acceptance of these Terms. The Customer receives immediate access to Platform features corresponding to their selected subscription tier.
All subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. By maintaining an active subscription, Customers acknowledge automatic renewal and authorize continued billing on their payment method.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by:
Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the current billing period, but access continues until the end of the period.

Customers and Users agree NOT to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:
We monitor Platform usage and may investigate suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy. Upon discovery of violations, we may:
Customers are solely responsible for the actions and conduct of their Users. Customers must:
EVisaPlatform.com, including all software, code, design, features, functionality, and technology, is the exclusive property of Paragon Management and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Customers retain full ownership and control of all data, documents, case files, and information uploaded to the Platform ("Customer Data"). Customers grant EVisaPlatform.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Customers represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to upload Beneficiary Data to the Platform on behalf of visa applicants. Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from beneficiaries for data processing. EVisaPlatform.com does not claim ownership of Beneficiary Data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing services to the Customer.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions provided by Customers regarding the Platform may be used by EVisaPlatform.com to improve the service without compensation or attribution to the Customer.
The Platform may include third-party software, libraries, or components licensed under open-source or proprietary licenses. Customers may not modify, reverse engineer, or remove licenses for third-party components. All third-party intellectual property rights are retained by their respective owners.
For Enterprise plan Customers, EVisaPlatform.com commits to maintaining 99.9% uptime on a monthly basis, calculated as:
Uptime % = (Total Minutes - Downtime Minutes) / Total Minutes * 100
If uptime falls below 99.9% in a calendar month, the Customer may request SLA credits:
To request SLA credits, the Customer must submit a claim to sshah@paragon-mgt.com within 30 days of the month in which the downtime occurred. Credits are applied to the Customer's account and may be used to offset future subscription fees. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
SLA credits are the Customer's sole remedy for service availability issues. Credits do not apply to:

EVisaPlatform.com may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, and upgrades. We will provide at least 48 hours' advance notice of planned maintenance that may cause service interruption. Maintenance is typically scheduled during off-hours (10 PM to 6 AM ET on weekends).
Critical security updates may be deployed immediately without notice to address active threats or vulnerabilities.
Our processing of Customer Data and Beneficiary Data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, for Customers subject to GDPR or CCPA, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Customers may export all data in standard formats (CSV, PDF) at any time through the Platform's export functionality. For data portability requests under GDPR or CCPA, contact sshah@paragon-mgt.com.
EVisaPlatform.com implements industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers should maintain their own backup copies of critical data.
We maintain encrypted backup copies of all data for disaster recovery purposes. Backups are retained for up to 90 days. In the event of data loss, we will use reasonable efforts to recover data from backups, but recovery is not guaranteed.
API access is available exclusively to Enterprise plan Customers. API documentation and credentials are provided during onboarding.
Customers with API access agree to:
API requests are subject to rate limits determined by Paragon Management. Customers exceeding reasonable rate limits may have their API access suspended without notice.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. EVISAPLATFORM.COM DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
EVisaPlatform.com does not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EVISAPLATFORM.COM OR PARAGON MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF EVISAPLATFORM.COM OR PARAGON MANAGEMENT FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY THE CUSTOMER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EVisaPlatform.com and Paragon Management from any third-party claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
EVisaPlatform.com agrees to indemnify and defend the Customer from third-party claims that the Platform, as provided, infringes any valid patent, copyright, or trademark of a third party, provided the Customer:
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information disclosed by the other party, including:
Confidential information may be disclosed without consent if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority. The disclosing party will attempt to provide notice to allow the other party to seek protective orders.
EVisaPlatform.com is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. The Platform is a case management tool designed to assist licensed immigration attorneys in managing visa cases. Users are responsible for providing legal advice to their clients and ensuring compliance with all applicable immigration laws and regulations.
Data stored on the Platform may not be protected by attorney-client privilege. Customers should consult with their legal counsel regarding appropriate security measures and compliance with privilege protection requirements.
The Platform is a case management tool only. EVisaPlatform.com does not guarantee or warrant that use of the Platform will result in visa approval, case success, or any particular immigration outcome. Immigration decisions are made solely by U.S. government immigration authorities (USCIS, State Department, etc.) based on statutory criteria and regulations.
For Customers and data subjects located in the European Union or European Economic Area, EVisaPlatform.com complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and requires execution of a Data Processing Agreement.
For Customers and data subjects in California, EVisaPlatform.com complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and honors applicable rights as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and professional regulations, including state bar associations, immigration law regulations, and data protection laws.
This Terms of Service agreement is effective upon acceptance and continues for the duration of the Customer's subscription with automatic monthly renewal unless cancelled as described in Section 4.

EVisaPlatform.com may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with at least 30 days' advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to modifications, you may cancel your subscription.
In case of conflict between these Terms of Service and any other agreement or policy, these Terms shall control, except that a separately executed written agreement between the parties takes precedence over these Terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation to resolve disputes. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver must be in writing and signed by the waiving party to be valid.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement (if applicable), and any other policies or agreements provided on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of EVisaPlatform.com and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
This Terms of Service agreement was last updated in February 2026 and is effective immediately upon posting.
